Registration fees include a per-swimmer fee in addition to a single annual fee per family. Schedule of fees is as follows:  

• $145 for 1st swimmer  (includes family fee of $45) 
• $100 for 2nd swimmer  
• $75 for each additional swimmer 
• $45 for graduating seniors (family fee only)
• $20 late registration fee (after May 1, 2026)

Registration fees cover:

• T-shirt
• Swim cap
• Entry fees to all meets
• Awards
• End of year banquet celebration

Registration Policies

• ALL Beta Swim Team families must be members of the Heritage Swim & Tennis Club in good standing.
• ALL registrations must be submitted before the registration cut-off date.
• Swim Team dues can be paid by credit card, or direct bank transfer, OR can be billed to your Heritage Account and paid no later than June 4th or your child will not be allowed to participate until the account is current.
• ALL swimmers will be evaluated prior to the swim season during the first practice. Participants must independently swim a minimum of one length of the pool, preferably freestyle. The Beta Swim Team coaches will evaluate all swimmers, both new and returning, in order to help determine the proper practice group for the swimmer. Practice groups are determined by swimming ability (i.e. knowledge of the 4 strokes, speed, and prior swimming experience) as well as the swimmer’s age.
• Volunteers - we simply can not run a meet without your help! Click on the volunteer tab to see the description of roles during home and away meets. We require each family to volunteer 3 times during a season.
• Cancellations – If you decide to cancel within the 1st week of practice, you will be refunded all fees. If you cancel during the 2nd week of practice, the swimmer fee minus the family fee will be refunded. If you cancel during the 3rd week of practice or later, you will not receive a refund.
